N8 Essentials offers Customers a one hundred percent (100%), money-back guarantee on even opened products if such products are returned to the Company within fourteen (14) days of purchase. As for any return(s) more than fourteen (14) days after a Customer’s purchase, the Company agrees to provide a 100% refund up to thirty (30) days after purchase for product that remains in “Resalable Condition” (as defined in the Definitions section of these Policies). If you as an Advisor are not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return items in Resalable Condition for a full refund if neither you nor we have terminated the Agreement and the products or services were purchased within the past thirty (30) days. For any products purchased by an Advisor past thirty (30) days, the Company offers a refund at ninety (90%) of the purchase price for up to twelve (12) months from the date of purchase so long as products remain in Resalable Condition. Shipping and handling charges incurred will not be refunded.
Upon cancellation of the Agreement, the Advisor may return all generic sales aids purchased within one (1) year from the date of cancellation for a refund if he, she or it is unable to sell or use the sales aids. An Advisor may only return sales aids she, she or it personally purchased from the Company under his, her or its Advisor Identification Number. Moreover, these sales aids must be in Resalable Condition. Any custom orders of printed sales aids (i.e., business cards, brochures, etc.) whereon the Advisor’s contact information is imbedded or hard printed, or has been added by the Advisor, are not able to be returned in Resalable Condition and are thus nonrefundable.
Upon N8 Essentials’ receipt of any products and sales aids, Customer or Advisor refunds will be credited back to the corresponding credit card account if a credit card was used. The Company shall deduct the refunded item from the corresponding Advisor’s commissions, bonuses, rebates or other incentives.
