N8 Essentials offers customers a one hundred percent (100%) money-back guarantee on products if they are returned to the Company within fourteen (14) days of purchase in “Resalable Condition” (unopened and undamaged). Returns are accepted between fourteen (14) days and thirty (30) days after purchase (for unopened and undamaged products) and will only be exchanged for merchandise of the same value. Any shipping and handling charges incurred will not be refunded.
Upon N8 Essentials’ receipt of any products, customer refunds will be credited back to the corresponding credit card account if a credit card was used.
A. All returns must be made as follows:
1. Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) from N8 Essentials;
2. Ship items to the address provided by N8 Essentials Customer Service Department when you are given your RMA.
3. Provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products or service. Such invoice must reference the RMA and include the reason for the return.
4. Ship back product in manufacturer’s box exactly as it was delivered.
B. All returns must be shipped to N8 Essentials pre-paid, as N8 Essentials does not accept shipping collect packages. N8 Essentials recommends shipping returned product by UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance as risk of loss or damage in shipping of the returned product shall be borne solely by the customer. If returned product is not received at N8 Essentials’ Distribution Center, it is the customer’s responsibility to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.
