Certified Organic Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint oil has been used for medicinal purposes from ancient times. Studies show benefits from digestive issue relief to relief of pain and headaches. Peppermint contains menthol (see below). We selected peppermint because of its long use for the relief of muscle pain, headaches, and joint pain.
Certified Organic Rosemary Essential Oil
Though probably better known for use in flavoring foods, rosemary also has a long history in herbal medicine. Studies indicate rosemary may boost your health and fight pain. Research also indicates rosemary may have cognitive benefits and improve mood.
Certified Organic Wintergreen Essential Oil
Wintergreen contains methyl salicylate which is closely related to acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin). Topical use of wintergreen shows analgesic, antirheumatic, and antispasmodic properties.

Our selection of lavender is based on its anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties for which it has been used for thousands of years.
Certified Organic Marjoram Essential Oil
Marjoram has long been used for medicinal reasons as it has displayed anti-inflammatory benefits in addition to anti-fungal and anti-microbial properties. It is also believed to have a relaxing effect, relieving stress and anxiety.
Camphor Oil
Camphor oil is a common ingredient in vapor rubs, balms, etc. It is commonly used to relieve pain and irritation because of its anti-inflammatory properties in stimulation of circulation. It has also shown promise in treating headaches and other conditions.
Menthol
Since ancient times, menthol has been used as a non-opioid pain reliever. Menthol is a vasoactive compound and results in a cooling effect in the applied area.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)
MSM is a chemical that can be found naturally in humans, animals, and plants. Scientific studies indicate MSM may have positive impacts on arthritis and other inflammatory disorders, including exercise induced inflammation.
Boswellia Serrata Extract
Boswellia Serrata has been valued for centuries both as an incense (frankincense) in religious and cultural ceremonies as well as for its medicinal properties. Studies have supported these ancient uses and numerous studies indicate Boswellia Serrate may have positive impacts on inflammation by inhibiting the synthesis of pro-inflammatory enzymes. A study in India indicates that Boswellia Serrata can have a positive impact on knee-joint functions while reducing pain.
Neem Leaf Powder
In addition to its more traditional anti-fungal and anti-bacterial uses, Neem is also believed to be an analgesic and in trials has shows positive results for reducing inflammation.
